How can she get way with this?

I was sneaking alcohol upstairs and my dad had caught me. He told me that I shoulda asked first. So he was telling my stepmom about what I did and I overheard her say, "your child is such a stupid b*tch!!!". And all my dad did was laugh. That kinda hurt my feelings. Why would he laugh???
