Will exhaust shops work on my car if I have no cat?

I have a old man 98 Buick GS but with no cat. I have an exhaust leak at the flange where it hooks up to the resinator I put in a new gasket and leaks just enough to stink and make a little chu chu chu chu sound at idle and acceleration. Will exhaust shops even work on my car??? I just need the leak fixed I tried everything except for a sealant. h and if you got a guess on price that would be nice Im gonna call places tomorrow.
