Can I run "sea-foam" engine sealant through a jet ski motor?

I'm trying to find a way to recondition the engine seals on my 95 sea doo without doing a rebuild. It's been well taken care of except for this last winter. It didn't get winterized b/c the trailer broke in half, took time to build a new one, then more time to get "friends" to help load the ski on the trailer. Just want to cover my bases and take the best care of this that I can. Any suggestions would be fantastic!
