Anyone a psychiatrist, can you help me out here please, thanks!?

Your parents have too much control in your life. They should not interfere with what a dr prescribes. Go to the dr without them don't tell them about the meds. You are 27, and even with your autism you are an adult and can make these choices on your own. All the problems you described are mostly because of your aspergers. Your other so called problem growing up was that you were just being a kid. There is nothing wrong with you. Because of aspergers you have a problem with social settings. This is why you have trouble with girls. Don't blame them for this. Don't be angry. You need to get out and meet people and I know it is hard to socialize normally for you but practice makes perfect. The more you get out there the easier it will become.
