Blue devil head gasket sealant does it work?

I used it once on an 87 chrysler Lebaron. It gave me about three months and then I had to yard the head off and replace the gasket. I followed the instructions to the letter and just as I was about to run out of time idling the leak stopped. Nothing is definite. Good luck.
