Tyre puncture help? arghhh?

I've just discovered I have a puncture in my rear right wheel, and I can't get to the garage until after work tomorrow evening. I was wondering if something like blu tac over the hole, or a drawing pin in the hole or something covered by duck tape would work for now? Or maybe bathroom sealant? Filler? Superglue? Help!
