I want to what is wrong with the 1994 ford exlporer air conditioner?

i just filled it with 134a and sealant and believe that it was done correctly.. However no cool air it's the same still blows hot air.. and i checked the fuses they are ok also....what is next...it's gonna be a hot summer >))).
