Is this plot interesting?

HI, im wanting to start writing stories, because i really enjoy English and i think im quite a creative person and i have s few ideas. so my most recent plot is about a girl (whose name i haven't decided on, so any ideas on that?) who is english, she moves to america, she quite a rich girl and is a huge player, but theres the school 'king' is also a player and he claims her for himself but she teases his, etc.... so what do you think of that plot?
