What's the dumbest thing you've ever witnessed a customer doing?

I was in a Walgreens today and overheard someone asking a clerk if the counter they were pointing at was the pharmacy. Overhead, there's a sign with gigantic letters spelling out the words "Photo Center." Any examples worse than this?
