I am 25 year old man. I am very short and lean. But I have a bulging belly and bulging chest?

My friends always tease me telling that I am developing breasts. I find it very hard to be somewhere out and stay with my friends. When they all remove their shirts and sleep, I always have to wear two or three vests and shirt. When I am with friends, I go to the bathroom to change my dress. When I look up in the internet, I came to know that I am with gynechomastia. I am really depressed now. I have no desire to live now. I want to know if there is any treatment for this in Kerala. I live near Cochin in Kerala. If anybody knows what could be done for my problem, please assist me.
